Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) located in Bengaluru. The BDA will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. They will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to fit their requirements. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders, conducting market research, and presenting findings to senior management. The BDA will also collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement growth strategies.

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the consulting or freelancing industry is a plus
