**Responsibilities of Customer Outreach Executive (Tea Sales)**:
1. **Vendor Calling & Communication**:
- Call tea vendors (tapriwalas, hotel owners, canteen managers) from the provided database.
- Introduce the TeaWale brand and its product range professionally.
2. **Lead Generation & Order Booking**:
- Convince vendors to try TeaWale samples.
- Collect orders over the call or schedule follow-ups for field visits.
3. **Sample Coordination**
- Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure timely sample delivery.
- Record and track which vendor received which sample.
4. **Feedback Collection**
- Call vendors after sample delivery to gather feedback on taste, color, and price.
- Note feedback in a structured format (Excel or CRM).
5. **Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested vendors.
- Build rapport and ensure vendor satisfaction.
6. **Reporting & Data Entry**
- Update call status and feedback in Google Sheets or CRM daily.
- Share daily call reports with the manager.
7. **Target Achievement**
- Work towards daily and weekly call and order targets.
- Support sales goals by qualifying and warming up leads for the field team.
