**Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketing Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (offline and online).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, VFX, and creative) for brand-aligned communication.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Craft engaging posts, stories, and thought leadership content.
- Monitor engagement, trends, and audience behavior.
- **Outreach & PR**:

- Identify and build relationships with potential collaborators, media outlets, and industry influencers.
- Drive outreach initiatives for awards, industry events, and brand partnerships.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and partners for visibility and brand placement.
- **Content & Communication**:

- Draft compelling marketing collaterals, case studies, presentations, and press releases.
- **Internal Branding**:

- Support internal communication initiatives and employee branding efforts.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within advertising, media, or VFX domains.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, social media platforms, and content trends.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (like Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
