**Job Summary**

We are looking for a talented and multifaceted person to join our team as Executive Outreach for our projects and event verticals. Zista takes pride in mentoring future leaders. In this role, you will have an opportunity to be mentored by seasoned leaders and grow within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for outreach and communication with our network of universities across India.
- Identify universities based on the project or event and facilitate close networking with various stakeholders.
- Work on pre-set goals to ensure the success of the project/event.
- Identify, approach, and confirm industry-relevant speakers for events. This entails researching prospective speakers, communicating terms, and coordinating their availability.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities.
- Schedule meetings, plan itineraries, and travel for meetings, events, and presentations as required.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good working knowledge of Indian university curriculums, as well as the foreign higher education system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated and energetic with a drive to learn and excel in any project undertaken.
- Support in conducting webinars, breakout sessions and other engagement activities.
- Responsible for disseminating information on special projects and events to the university network.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Specialization in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar preferred.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Experience in relevant roles of university outreach with a good understanding of international higher education.
- Goal-oriented with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work on different projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish a rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated person who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside normal office hours, including some weekends.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
