**Position : Executive - Marketing & Outreach**
**at the Head Office of MITVPU located at Kothrud, Pune**
- Location: Pune,Maharashtra (or as assigned)
Team: Part of the outreach and admissions department
**Job Purpose**:
The Executive - Marketing Outreach will play a key role in increasing the visibility of MIT VPU by establishing and fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as schools, coaching institutes, educational consultants, and potential students. The goal is to drive student enrollment through strategic outreach and promotional activities, while ensuring MIT VPU is represented as a top choice for higher education across various districts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop and Execute Outreach Strategies**:
- Design and implement localized outreach plans to increase student enrollment from various regions.
- Plan and manage promotional activities in collaboration with coaching centers, schools, and local educational consultants.
- Identify key areas for market expansion and align outreach efforts accordingly.
**2. Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as schools, coaching institutes, and consultants.
- Regularly visit schools and institutions to conduct informational sessions, presentations, and fairs.
- Act as the point of contact for inquiries regarding admissions, program offerings, and university facilities.
**3. Events and Campaigns**:
- Organize and execute workshops, career fairs, webinars, and seminars targeted at prospective students and their parents.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events via social media, digital platforms, and offline marketing channels.
- Lead recruitment drives in collaboration with the admissions team to ensure smooth execution.
**4. Admissions**:
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure alignment on outreach activities and follow up on leads generated through events and campaigns.
- Ensure that accurate and timely information about admissions processes is provided to prospective students.
- Ensure enrollments from the respective regions.
**5. Data-Driven Insights**:
- Track outreach activities and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns through metrics such as student leads, event attendance, and conversion rates.
- Provide reports on the success of initiatives and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.
**6. Budget Management**:
- Manage the outreach budget allocated for the region, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
- Work within set financial guidelines and provide updates on expenditure and ROI of activities.
**7. Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other Outreach Managers, Assistant Managers, and the Head of Outreach to align strategies and share best practices.
- Ensure consistent messaging and representation of MIT VPU in all outreach activities across different regions.
**Required Qualifications**:
**1. Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).
**2. Experience**:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in outreach, marketing, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven experience in organizing large-scale recruitment or marketing events.
- Familiarity with the education landscape in Maharashtra and surrounding regions is an added advantage.
**3. Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data management for tracking outreach effectiveness (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
**4. Soft Skills**:
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to new challenges.
- A team player who can also lead initiatives independently.
**Performance Indicators**:
- Increase in lead generation and conversions from outreach activities.
- Effectiveness and ROI of events and campaigns.
- Development of strong relationships with educational stakeholders.
- Successful execution of outreach programs and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
