About the Role:

We're on the hunt for dynamic and driven College Outreach Executives to join our Training and Placement Department As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with colleges, conducting seminars and workshops, and driving partnerships that shape the future of education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • College Outreach: Visit colleges to conduct meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities

  • Seminars and Workshops: Coordinate and support execution of seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions

  • Partnership Development: Assist in proposal discussions and MoU finalization with Training & Placement Officers and Principals

  • Relationship Management: Follow up with colleges regularly to ensure continuity and maintain strong partnerships

  • Data Management: Maintain and update outreach trackers with visit logs, feedback, and outcomes

  • Marketing Support: Collect photos, testimonials, and data from events for internal documentation and marketing

  • Promotional Campaigns: Assist in local promotional campaigns and outreach events

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in TPO or College Outreach or similar roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to travel extensively and manage field schedules independently

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication

  • Fluency in English and local language (Marathi preferred)
