We're on a mission to bring trust, transparency, and seamless project execution to the fragmented real estate services market in India.
Job Description
We are looking for a
dynamic, organized, and communication-savvy individual
who can represent
Vishwaverse
while coordinating with professionals and customers.
The ideal candidate will handle outbound communication, onboarding support, and basic coordination between clients and professionals listed on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make professional calls to onboard and verify architects, interior designers, contractors, and other real estate service providers.
- Reach out to homeowners and customers to explain Vishwaverse's services and assist them with their requirements.
- Coordinate meetings or site visits between customers and professionals.
- Maintain call logs, records, and updates in company CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure smooth communication between both sides.
- Occasionally travel to meet professionals or visit offices (local travel only, as needed).
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)

laptop/computer

. - Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel, email communication).
- Prior experience in
customer support

Responsibilities
- Visit and connect with professionals (interior designers, architects, contractors, etc.) across Pune.
- Initiate communication through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Guide professionals through the onboarding and verification process on the VishwaVerse platform.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and support.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of outreach, meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Collect feedback and field insights to help refine operational and outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in
Hindi, Marathi, and English
. - Basic understanding of the real estate or service provider ecosystem is a plus.
Candidate Requirements
- Recent graduates or students available for full-time engagement for
11–12 months
(contract basis, with the possibility of extension or full-time conversion). - Must own a laptop with active and stable internet.
- Comfortable with local travel within Pune for field visits.
- Residing in or near Pune during the contract period.

- Job Type: Full-time (Work from Home / Hybrid – Pune preferred)
- Experience: 0–3 years
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
- Work Location: Pune (Candidates from nearby areas preferred)
