Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Executive to help manage the day-to-day activities at our sports academy. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to three years of experience who are passionate about sports and eager to work in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and execution of sports programs and activities for children with disabilities.
  • Oversee logistics, including session schedules, venue management, and equipment inventory.
  • Collaborate with coaches, volunteers, and staff to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as participant registrations, attendance tracking, and report generation.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for children during all sports activities.
  • Assist in organizing events, competitions, and workshops for staff and volunteers.
  • Maintain communication with parents and caregivers, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Promote the academy's activities through social media, emails, and community outreach.
