What's the role all about?

  • Acquiring the partner growth and launching delivery operations across the city;
  • Maintaining outstanding business relations with our partners for mutual growth.

What you'll offer us -

  • Manage partner operations by taking inputs from the analysis of data.
  • Design and create operational processes for faster deliveries and be action-oriented to implement those.
  • Manage partners and ensure that our partners are providing the services and resources necessary for our operations team to succeed.
  • Define product requirements based on the feedback from partners on the ground to improve the overall service.

What you'll need -

  • At least 2+ years of proven success in an executive role with exposure to on ground operations and set ups.
  • Graduation with a strong proven track record in daily ground operations and coordination.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional stakeholders on multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to be on call when the product is busiest (often nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • A passion for on-demand marketplace platforms
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a bias to - fill the organizational gaps when they occur.
  • Creating a Partner development program.
  • Scouting the partners based upon the plan.
  • Convert business partners in the Pune region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
