Job Description: Senior Executive Operations

Location- Pune, Magarpatta

Position Overview:

The Senior Executive Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end shipment operations, including booking,

documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of shipments. The role also involves supporting business

growth by assisting in team expansion, improving processes, and maintaining high operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shipment Management:

  • Handle end-to-end shipment processes, including booking and coordination with internal/external

stakeholders.

  • Prepare, review, and manage all shipping documents (regulatory and non-regulatory).
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork and shipment-related activities.
  • Track shipment progress and proactively resolve any operational issues or delays.

2. Team Support & Growth:

  • Assist in expanding and mentoring the operations team as business scales up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments.
  • Share operational insights and suggest improvements for process optimization.

3. Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline shipment processes for better speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain proper documentation, shipment records, and data management systems.
  • Contribute to process enhancement and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Any graduate

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
