Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Senior Executive - Dubai Travel Operations (B2B) located in Pune (Dhole Patil Road). The Executive will manage day-to-day travel arrangements and consulting, ensuring efficient travel management for clients. Key responsibilities include coordinating travel plans, providing exceptional customer service, and liaising with customers to address their travel needs.

Job Description:-

  • To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline and visas.
  • Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary visa and passport applications for tour packages.
  • Will have to maintain record of hotel ,flights and client based
  • Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
  • Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers
  • Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
  • Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
