Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Pune is for an Executive/Senior Executive in Travel Operations (B2B). The primary responsibilities include managing B2B travel arrangements, consulting with clients to provide tailored travel solutions, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing efficient travel management operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
  • Expertise in Travel Consulting and maintaining B2B relationships
  • Strong Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
