Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team in the travel industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in corporate travel operations. The selected candidate will be trained in various aspects of the corporate travel sector and will get the opportunity to work closely with corporate clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

File Management & Execution - Manage all operational tasks post file handover from the sales team

Ensure timely, accurate file closures with complete documentation

Coordination & Communication - Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations

Maintain clear and consistent communication to manage expectations

Operational Excellence - Follow SOPs and turnaround times (TATs)

Deliver error-free service and maintain cost sheets with zero liability

Supplier Management - Negotiate competitive rates and build strong vendor relationships

Attend supplier meetings, trainings, and roadshows

Customer Experience - Resolve on-travel issues promptly and professionally

Reporting & Documentation - Ensure accurate handover vouchers and maintain audit-ready records

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior work in relatable field is also good. Fresh graduates and entry level are welcome to apply.
