We are looking for a
Senior Operations Executive
to join our fast-growing Operations team. If you have strong hands-on experience in warehouse workflows, order processing, and inventory management, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end order processing including
    picking, packing, QC, and dispatch
  • Ensure high accuracy in daily warehouse operations and minimize processing errors
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment
  • Support Team Leads in workflow planning and daily execution
  • Manage system updates, order status changes, and WMS transactions
  • Assist in stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational discipline across warehouse functions


What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years
    of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse operations, or e-commerce operations
  • Strong understanding of
    warehouse workflows and order lifecycle
  • High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and execution discipline
  • Experience working with
    WMS or similar systems
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
  • Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse Management
    will also be considered with relevant experience
