**Role Description**: We are looking for a driven and articulate Partnerships & Outreach Executive to lead our networking and relationship-building efforts across sectors. This role is central to expanding our ecosystem of partnerships by connecting with key industry stakeholders, academic institutions, and corporate entities. As the face of our organization in many of these conversations, you will play a vital role in opening new avenues for collaboration, business alliances, and placement opportunities—helping us further our mission to bridge education with real-world outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and nurture professional relationships with School Stakeholders, training heads and academic institutional partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, educational summits, and partner meetings.
- Identify collaboration opportunities for experiential learning labs or institutional tie-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of partners and stakeholders.
- Maintain structured communication logs, relationship pipelines, and meeting follow-ups.
- Travel as required for meetings and outreach activities.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or any related field with strong interpersonal skills.
- 6 Months to 1 year of experience in corporate relations, partnerships, or business networking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Confidence in initiating conversations and representing the brand with professionalism.
- Ability to think strategically, build rapport quickly, and manage follow-through.
- Willingness to travel locally or across cities for meetings and networking events.
