Job Purpose:
The Head -Outreach & University Relations will drive strategic partnerships, student recruitment initiatives, and institutional collaborations to strengthen SP Jain's undergraduate pathways and postgraduate programs. This role will focus on forging alliances with leading universities, expanding postgraduate outreach to the fresher audience, and delivering immersive initiatives like the Mini MBA to create strong pipelines into SP Jain Global and SP Jain London.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undergraduate Pathway Partnerships (BBA Year 3/4 Transfers)

  2. Secure partnerships with at least five additional universities (e.g., OP Jindal, FLAME, Symbiosis, Ashoka) for BBA Year 3/4 transfers.

  3. Structure articulation agreements and coordinate academic alignment.

  4. Postgraduate Program Outreach (All Masters Qualifications Fresher Audience)

  5. Design and execute outreach for all SP Jain postgraduate programs (including MGB and other Master's degrees), targeting final-year undergraduates and fresh graduates.

  6. Build networks with universities, placement cells, and student groups to drive applications for SP Jain Global and SP Jain London.

  7. Mini MBA Undergraduate Immersion

  8. Promote the 1-week Mini MBA experience to undergraduate institutions.

  9. Position the program as an engaging introduction to MBA studies and a feeder into SP Jain's postgraduate portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Education Management.
  • 8-10 years in university relations, outreach, or higher education recruitment.
  • Strong academic network and proven experience in partnership building.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Performance Indicators:

  • Number and quality of new institutional partnerships.
  • Enrolments from fresher outreach and BBA transfer agreements.
  • Participation growth in Mini MBA immersion programs.
