We are urgently hiring for Deputy Head of Admission and Assistant Head of Admission for Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune.

About the Role

The candidate should have experience of working in the education sector and handling marketing, sales, outreach, and digital marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Converting leads into admissions in an important role
  • Achieve targets for academic admissions
  • Planning and execution of direct marketing activities
  • Responsible for all students' outreach activities
  • Creating Exclusive Alliance Partners (EAP) in key locations
  • Conducting direct marketing events, and activities to generate a physical database of prospects
  • To coordinate with the Digital team and call center team for database generation and conversions
  • Annual admission target and budget allocation planning
  • Overall coordination & control of all marketing activities towards Business Development for corporates and Market Response
  • Evolve and implement a marketing plan to tap new markets
  • Liaison with business associates, coaching classes, school principals
  • Experience of the education field is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, email, presentation, communication is must

Qualifications:

Any Postgraduate / Graduate

Work Experience:

  • Deputy Head of Admission: 12-15 years
  • Assistant Head of Admission: 10-12 years

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English and regional language Hindi / Marathi (for Pune location)
  • Hands-on experience in using contemporary technology, applications etc. for marketing and promotional activities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the education field
