**About the Role**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools (principals, coordinators, management).
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and seminars to promote programs.
- Identify and engage with potential schools to expand outreach.
- Negotiate and close agreements with schools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver promised services to partner schools.
- Track outreach activities and prepare regular reports.
- Attend events, exhibitions, and networking activities for brand promotion.
- Achieve outreach and partnership targets as assigned.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-5 years of experience in school outreach, business development, or institutional sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
