**Client Acquisition Officer at Lucknow**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Demonstrations & Presentations**:

- Take the lead in delivering impactful product demonstrations of HIMS software to potential clients. Highlight its powerful features and real-world benefits to ensure clients understand its value and generate sustained interest.
- **Implementation Support**:

- Play a vital role in facilitating the seamless deployment of HIMS software within client hospitals and organizations.
- Work closely with the internal team to resolve client concerns swiftly, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
- **GAP Analysis Contribution**:

- Engage in conducting thorough GAP analyses at client sites to uncover areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights for optimizing operations and streamlining processes.
- **Enhancing Processes & Ensuring NABH Compliance**:

- Partner with clients to streamline their internal processes and workflows, while ensuring strict adherence to NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) standards for enhanced operational efficiency and compliance.
- **Training & Skill Empowerment**:

- Equip healthcare professionals—including doctors, nurses, and staff—with the knowledge and expertise to use HIMS software effectively, while ensuring they understand and implement NABH protocols.
- **Client Profile Development & Documentation**:

- Assist in building and maintaining detailed, up-to-date client profiles for hospital or organizational empanelment. Ensure all documentation complies with corporate standards.
- **Exemplary Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional, timely responses to client queries and issues, ensuring a smooth resolution process and fostering a positive, long-term relationship with clients.
- **Ongoing Reporting & Monitoring**:

- Provide daily progress updates to the Reporting Officer, highlighting key milestones, client interactions, and any challenges encountered. Ensure that the team stays aligned and informed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven expertise in business development, sales, or customer support, ideally within healthcare, IT, or software solutions.
- **Industry Knowledge**: A strong understanding of HIMS software and familiarity with NABH standards is highly beneficial.
- **Communication Proficiency**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex technical concepts and present them in an easily digestible manner for various audiences.
- **Team Player & Independent Contributor**: Able to thrive in both independent work settings and as an integral part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges from a customer-first perspective.
- **Technical Proficiency**: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for seamless documentation, reporting, and client management.
- **Travel Flexibility**: Open to travel as needed to meet clients and support project success.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
