**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Client Acquisition Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and nurturing strong relationships to drive company growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
- Connect with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective client acquisition strategies.
- Track progress and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in client acquisition, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT or service-based industries).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
