Job Description: Inside Sales Specialist

Company: Maltar Services Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Indore, Work from Office

Note: Immediate joiners preferred.

CTC - Up to 4 LPA

The Role

We're seeking a dedicated sales professional to join our team as a Inside Sales Specialist. This is a dynamic inside sales role focused on driving new client acquisition and ensuring long-term client success.

**Responsibilities**:
Acquire new clients through inside sales and exceeding targets.

Manage client retention, renewals, and follow-ups.

Maintain and increase client profitability.

Build strong client relationships and manage business opportunities.

Handle bulk international inbound and outbound calls professionally.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1-5 years of inside sales experience.

Graduate degree with excellent English communication skills.

Strong confidence, communication, convincing ability, and presentation skills.

A target-oriented and proactive approach.

Knowledge of foreign languages like Chinese, Spanish, French, Arabic is highly preferred
