**Position Summary**

We are seeking a **Geospatial Analysis Tools Educator [Level 1]** to design and deliver educational video tutorials on geospatial analysis tools and techniques. This role requires a **2-hour daily commitment** to create high-quality video content. Compensation follows a **revenue share model**, where the educator will receive a share of the first-year YouTube revenue generated by their course. **Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver comprehensive video tutorials on geospatial analysis tools and techniques, including:

- GIS platforms such as **QGIS**, **ArcGIS**, or **Google Earth Engine**.
- Remote sensing tools like **ENVI**, **ERDAS Imagine**, or **SNAP**.
- Data visualization tools for geospatial data (e.g., Mapbox, Tableau, or Python libraries such as Geopandas and Folium).
- Open-source geospatial tools and frameworks (e.g., PostGIS, GeoServer).
- Explain key geospatial concepts, including:

- Spatial data acquisition, processing, and analysis.
- Raster and vector data formats and workflows.
- Applications of geospatial analysis in various fields like urban planning, environmental monitoring, and disaster management.
- Provide real-world examples and case studies to enhance learning.
- Commit to **2 hours daily** to create engaging and accessible video content.
- Actively incorporate learner feedback to refine course materials.

**Required Qualifications**
- Strong academic or professional background in **Geography**, **Geospatial Science**, **Remote Sensing**, **GIS**, or related fields.
- Proficiency in geospatial analysis tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, or Google Earth Engine.
- Experience working with spatial data and conducting geospatial analyses.
- Ability to explain complex geospatial concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Commitment to a **2-hour daily** schedule for content creation.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in **Geospatial Science**, **Geography**, **Environmental Science**, or related disciplines.
- Prior teaching or training experience in geospatial analysis.
- Familiarity with programming languages used in geospatial analysis (e.g., Python, R, or SQL).
- Experience with advanced geospatial workflows, such as machine learning for spatial data or big data geospatial analysis.
- Hands-on experience with open geospatial datasets, such as satellite imagery or LiDAR.
