**Role Overview**:
As a Freelance Business Analysis Mentor, you will guide and support students through their business analysis education journey. You will conduct engaging online classes, provide insightful feedback, and help students develop practical skills essential for success in the business analysis field. This part-time position is scheduled for evening hours to accommodate learners across different time zones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Online Instruction**: Deliver live, interactive online classes on various business analysis topics, such as requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder management, and data analysis.
- **Curriculum Support**: Collaborate in the development and enhancement of course materials, including lectures, case studies, and practical exercises.
- **Student Engagement**: Create a dynamic and supportive learning environment, encourage student interaction, and address queries and challenges promptly.
- **Feedback and Assessment**: Offer detailed feedback on student assignments and projects, monitor progress, and provide guidance on areas for improvement.
- **Mentorship**: Conduct one-on-one mentorship sessions to assist students with career development, practical skills, and exam preparation.
- **Resource Development**: Develop and share supplementary resources, such as study guides, best practices, and industry trends, to enrich the student learning experience.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis, and incorporate relevant updates into your teaching.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in business analysis, with a deep understanding of methodologies, tools, and techniques. Prior roles as a business analyst, consultant, or similar position are highly valued.
- **Teaching Skills**: Previous experience in teaching or mentoring is desirable. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner is essential.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or similar are preferred.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with online teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and familiarity with business analysis tools and software.
- **Availability**: Ability to work part-time evening hours, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones.

**Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications. This is a freelance role, offering flexibility in scheduling and the convenience of remote work.
