**Job Title**: Freelance Mentor - Digital Marketing**

**Location**: Remote (Online)

**Position Type**: Part-time, Freelance

**Schedule**: 4 days a week, 1 hour per day

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Share Expertise**: Teach digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media).
- **Set Goals**: Help mentees set and achieve career/business goals.
- **Offer Real-World Advice**: Guide through projects, campaigns, and challenges.
- **Provide Feedback**: Review work, offer constructive criticism, track progress.
- **Support Career Growth**: Network, advise on job searches, resumes, and freelancing.
- **Encourage Confidence**: Motivate and build mentee’s resilience.
- **Teach Tools**: Train on digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record in digital marketing (5+ years).
- **Expertise**: Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.
- **Certifications**: Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to guide, inspire, and provide constructive feedback.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication for teaching and mentoring.
- **Analytical Ability**: Proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimization, and reporting.
- Reliable and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Access to a stable internet connection and a suitable online meeting platform.
- Flexibility to adjust session content based on mentee needs and progress.
- Ability to provide regular availability for scheduled sessions.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
