We are looking for a Digital Marketing Mentor who is passionate about teaching, guiding, and transforming student careers.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Mentor, you will train students, guide their projects, create academic content, manage learner communities, and ensure strong learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Training and Mentoring
- Conduct live online classes for Digital Marketing topics
- Deliver concept-based and practical training
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions, project reviews, and skill-building workshops
- Provide one-to-one mentorship when required
Curriculum and Content Development
- Create learning materials including PPTs, worksheets, and case studies
- Support in recording or delivering video lessons
- Create assignments, quizzes, and practical tasks
Community and Student Success
- Manage and engage the student community on Telegram or WhatsApp
- Track student progress to ensure strong course completion rates
- Support students with portfolio building, interview preparation, and internship guidance
Growth and Collaboration
- Collaborate on content for GrowRank social media channels
- Participate in webinars, events, and student engagement activities
- Contribute ideas to improve course quality and student success
Candidate Requirements
Must Have
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Analytics)
- Strong communication and teaching ability
- Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners
- Student-first attitude and mentoring mindset
Good to Have
- Teaching or training experience
- Freelancing or agency experience
- Portfolio, case studies, or proof of work
Education: No degree or specific qualification required. Skills matter more.
