We are looking for a Digital Marketing Mentor who is passionate about teaching, guiding, and transforming student careers.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Mentor, you will train students, guide their projects, create academic content, manage learner communities, and ensure strong learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Training and Mentoring

  • Conduct live online classes for Digital Marketing topics
  • Deliver concept-based and practical training
  • Conduct doubt-solving sessions, project reviews, and skill-building workshops
  • Provide one-to-one mentorship when required

Curriculum and Content Development

  • Create learning materials including PPTs, worksheets, and case studies
  • Support in recording or delivering video lessons
  • Create assignments, quizzes, and practical tasks

Community and Student Success

  • Manage and engage the student community on Telegram or WhatsApp
  • Track student progress to ensure strong course completion rates
  • Support students with portfolio building, interview preparation, and internship guidance

Growth and Collaboration

  • Collaborate on content for GrowRank social media channels
  • Participate in webinars, events, and student engagement activities
  • Contribute ideas to improve course quality and student success

Candidate Requirements

Must Have

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Analytics)
  • Strong communication and teaching ability
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners
  • Student-first attitude and mentoring mindset

Good to Have

  • Teaching or training experience
  • Freelancing or agency experience
  • Portfolio, case studies, or proof of work

Education: No degree or specific qualification required. Skills matter more.
