**Position Summary**

Mastering Up is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled **Digital Assessment Tools Mentor** to create instructional content for a variety of digital assessment platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, insightful tutorials on the effective use of **digital assessment tools** in educational settings. These tutorials will be shared on **YouTube**, where revenue generated over the course of a year will be shared with the instructor. The role requires a **commitment of 2 hours per day** to produce and deliver instructional videos.

**Responsibilities**
- **Create instructional video content** focused on various **digital assessment tools**, such as quiz creation platforms, automated grading systems, and learner progress tracking tools.
- **Develop engaging tutorials** that demonstrate how to use digital assessment tools to streamline testing, assessment, and feedback processes for educators and learners.
- Provide **real-world examples** of integrating these tools into the classroom to enhance **assessment efficiency** and learning outcomes.
- **Deliver high-quality video lessons**, offering **step-by-step guides** on tool setup, customization, and advanced features.
- Monitor the performance of videos and **adapt content** to meet the needs of learners based on feedback and analytics.
- **Engage with the learner community** on YouTube by responding to questions, moderating discussions, and fostering a positive learning environment.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Strong knowledge of digital assessment tools** and platforms, such as **Google Forms**, **Quizizz**, **Kahoot**, **Moodle**, **Socrative**, and other learning management systems (LMS).
- Proven experience in **creating video tutorials** or instructional content.
