**Role Description**

This is a part-time remote role for an Assessment Writer. The Assessment Writer will be responsible for creating and reviewing assessment tests, developing test content, conducting research, managing test development projects, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality assessments.

**Responsiblities-**:

- Develop assessment content for mathematics across different grade levels, aligning with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Create a variety of assessment items, including multiple-choice questions, short answer questions, problem-solving tasks, and mathematical proofs.
- Ensure that assessment content accurately assesses students' understanding of mathematical concepts and skills.
- Incorporate best practices in assessment design, including clear instructions, appropriate difficulty levels, and diverse question formats.
- Use feedback and data analysis to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of assessment content.
- Stay informed about current trends, research, and developments in mathematics education and assessment.
- Meet project deadlines and deliver assessment content according to specifications and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to assessment development processes.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in developing assessment tests
- Demonstrated ability to develop test content
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with assessment industry standards and guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Education, related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role would include experience in e-learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and familiarity with educational testing methodologies.
