**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Utilize SEO tools for keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking to improve search engine rankings.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and maximize lead generation.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to engage with audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Oversee paid advertising efforts through Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies.
- Maintain content management systems (CMS) like WordPress to ensure website content is current and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing principles.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is advantageous for technical aspects of digital campaigns.
- Strong skills in content creation including copywriting for various formats (blogs, ads, social media).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media management best practices and tools for effective engagement.
- Ability to analyze data trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
