About the Role: We are looking for a passionate freelance mentor to train students in digital marketing fundamentals. The mentor will be responsible for teaching practical concepts, guiding projects, and helping learners gain hands-on exposure to real-world marketing tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging online/offline sessions covering SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Email Marketing.

  • Demonstrate live examples of campaign creation, audience targeting, and analytics tracking.

  • Provide individual guidance to students on their assignments and mini-projects.

  • Stay updated with current marketing trends, tools, and strategies to share relevant insights.

  • Encourage students to build portfolios and gain confidence in executing campaigns.

  • Coordinate with the academy team for scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or freelancing.

  • Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to simplify technical topics for beginners.

  • Must be available for flexible teaching hours (weekdays/weekends).

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and creative Video Editing Mentor to guide students in mastering video editing and content creation. The ideal mentor will have hands-on experience with popular editing tools and the ability to teach both short-form content and long-form YouTube videos through practical, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging video editing sessions for students, focusing on both short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube) content.

  • Teach students to use industry-standard tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

  • Design and assign practical editing projects that allow students to apply their learning in real-world scenarios.

  • Provide constructive feedback on student projects to help them improve their editing skills and storytelling techniques.

  • Share tips and tricks for creating visually appealing, professional-quality videos.

  • Guide students on trends, pacing, transitions, sound effects, and other elements of creative video production.

  • Help students understand content strategies for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).

  • Proven experience in creating engaging short-form and long-form videos.

  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical way.

  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.

  • Creativity and passion for storytelling through video content.

  • Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing is a plus.
