**The Role**:
As a Digital Marketing Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students.

Your primary responsibility will be to support, guide, and inspire learners as they navigate through their digital marketing journey.

This is a multifaceted role that combines teaching, mentoring, content creation, and social media management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Support and Mentoring**: Be a go-to person for students, assisting them with their doubts, assignments, and projects. Provide personalized feedback and ensure their academic success.
- **Teaching**: Conduct interactive sessions to address students' doubts and enhance their understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Help in strategizing and executing social media campaigns to enhance our online presence. Share insights with students on effective social media strategies.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and informative content to aid learning and attract a wider audience.
- **Student Records Management**: Maintain accurate records of student progress, feedback, and engagement to ensure a personalized learning experience.
- **Feedback Collection**: Actively collect and analyze feedback from students to continuously improve the learning experience.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- A minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of various digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring, preferably in the field of digital marketing, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs.
