**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- **Guide learners** on how to integrate and utilize EdTech tools to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
- Provide **step-by-step tutorials**, demonstrations, and best practices for popular **EdTech platforms** such as **Google Classroom**, **Zoom**, **Microsoft Teams**, **Moodle**, and more.
- Ensure that content caters to various skill levels, from beginner to advanced users, ensuring broad accessibility.
- Maintain a **consistent posting schedule** for videos (2 hours of content creation daily) to keep learners engaged and provide ongoing value.
- Engage with learners by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Monitor the performance of uploaded videos and adapt content to align with learner feedback and engagement.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Proven experience** with a wide variety of **EdTech tools** and **educational technologies** (e.g., learning management systems, video conferencing tools, assessment tools, etc.).
- **Strong communication skills**, including the ability to explain complex EdTech concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Experience creating and delivering **video tutorials**, with proficiency in **screen recording** and **video editing**.
- Solid understanding of the **educational landscape**, especially in **online learning environments**.
- Ability to produce high-quality video content consistently with a focus on clarity and accessibility.
- **Commitment to a 2-hour daily content creation schedule**.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Degree in Education**, **Instructional Design**, **Educational Technology**, or a related field.
- Familiarity with other **e-learning tools** such as **Google Suite**, **Microsoft Office 365**, **Canva**, **Trello**, and others.
- Prior experience creating **educational content** for platforms like **YouTube** or similar.
- Background in **teaching** or **training**, particularly in **educational technology** or **online learning environments**.

- **Content creation expertise**, including **video production**, **screen recording**, and **editing**.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** to help learners overcome challenges related to technology use in education.
- **Adaptability** to quickly learn and adapt to new EdTech tools and platforms.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Revenue Share**: Instructor will receive **one-time revenue share** from the views generated on their videos over a period of **one year**.
