We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spell Bee Educator to join our dynamic team. As a Spell Bee Educator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging spelling and vocabulary lessons to students of varying age groups and skill levels. Your primary goal will be to enhance students' spelling proficiency and vocabulary, preparing them for local, national, and international spell bee competitions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging online Spell Bee classes.
- Provide personalised feedback and support to students to help them improve their spelling and vocabulary skills.
- Prepare students for local, national, and international spell bee competitions.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, adjusting teaching methods and materials as needed.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in spelling education.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in English Language or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or coaching spell bee participants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in an online learning environment.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.

**Payment**:

- ₹250 per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

- Teaching: 1 year (required)
