**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming inquiries from students and parents regarding overseas education in Russia.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about available courses, admission processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Counsel students on university selection, course options, fees, scholarships, visa processes, and career prospects.
- Maintain and update student records in the database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, counseling sessions, and enrollments.
- Stay updated on the latest university admission requirements, programs, and scholarship opportunities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, student counseling, or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
