An Executive Assistant
*Job Responsibilities:*
1. *Administrative Support*: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
3. *Documentation*: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
4. *Office Management*: Maintain office supplies and equipment, manage office space, and assist in organizing office events and meetings.
5. *Data Entry*: Enter and maintain data in databases or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
6. *Meeting Coordination*: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
7. *Support to Executives*: Provide general support to senior executives and assist with special projects as needed.
*Job Requirements:*
1. *Education*: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often preferred.
2. *Skills*: Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Excel)
3. *Communication*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. *Professionalism*: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.
5. *Adaptability*: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for recent graduates who are organized, eager to learn, and interested in supporting senior management.
Pay: ₹14,945.77 - ₹25,132.75 per month
