Location: Mumbai (Andheri)
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
**Salary**: 7LPA to 10 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Communication Management**:
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Draft reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- **Calendar and Travel Management**:
- Maintain the CEO’s dynamic calendar and coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements.
- Manage itineraries, travel documents, and expense reports.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Organize board meetings, strategic planning sessions, and executive meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- **Business Support**:
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives.
- **Client and Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Coordinate client meetings and executive interactions.
- Assist with research and preparation for client presentations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in IT or professional services.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Adaptability and discretion in handling confidential information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
