**Job Summary**:

- The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information and communication. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate travel arrangements, and undertake various administrative tasks to ensure the CEO's efficiency and effectiveness in their role.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also functioning as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position with occasional overtime required based on business needs.
- The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO and may interact with other members of the executive team as needed.
- Salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation logistics.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences attended by the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external partners, and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested by the CEO to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy and completeness before submission to the CEO or external parties.
- Manage special projects assigned by the CEO, coordinating with relevant team members to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, expense tracking, and invoice processing on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and communications related to the CEO's activities and information.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
