**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **International Accounts Executive** to join our growing international accounting team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their accounting knowledge, have prior experience with international bookkeeping, and can handle client communication in a professional and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping** activities for international clients.
- Prepare and maintain **financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports**.
- Perform **bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance**.
- Handle **accounts payable and receivable**, ensuring accurate tracking of invoices and payments.
- Support **monthly, quarterly, and annual closing** and assist in audit preparation.
- Work efficiently on **QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally**, depending on client requirements.
- Ensure **timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting**.
- Collaborate with senior accountants and team leaders on ongoing projects.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA - Finance preferred).
- **Minimum 2 years of professional experience** in accounting or bookkeeping (preferably in outsourcing or international process).
- Hands-on experience with **QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally ERP**.
- Excellent **English communication skills** - written and verbal.
- Strong **analytical, problem-solving, and organizational** abilities.
- Advanced **MS Excel** skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and meet deadlines.
