**Urgent Hiring: Finanace and Accounts Executive**

**Job Title**: Accounts Executive
**Location**: Kalka Road (Rajpura)

**Job Type**: Full-time/Contract
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years experience
**Salary**: 13,000 to 15,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as invoicing, payments, and payroll processing.
- Maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist with tax filings and compliance.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
