Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling the day-to-day financial operations related to student accounts, including billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Ensuring timely collection of tuition and other fees, managing payment methods, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Reconciling student accounts, verifying payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Preparing financial reports related to student fees, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Interacting with students, parents, and other university departments (e.g., Financial Aid) regarding student accounts and fee-related issues.
- Ensuring compliance with university policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for all student accounts.
- Assisting with internal and external audits related to student fees.
- Assisting with the preparation and monitoring of the student fee budget.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and manage budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and issues related to student accounts.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to provide excellent service to students and address their concerns.
- Ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and record-keeping.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
