1. Financial Management: The accounts executive is responsible for managing financial activities such as budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting. They monitor financial performance, analyze financial data, and prepare financial reports for management.

2. Bookkeeping and Accounting: The accounts executive performs various accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts. They ensure that all financial transactions are accurately documented and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: The accounts executive handles the accounts payable and receivable processes. They process invoices, verify payments, and maintain relationships with vendors and clients. They also monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on late payments.

4. Tax Compliance: The accounts executive ensures compliance with tax regulations and prepares tax returns. They stay updated on tax laws and regulations to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits for the organization.

5. Audit and Compliance: The accounts executive assists with internal and external audits, ensuring that financial records and processes are accurate, complete, and in line with regulatory requirements. They may also collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during the audit process.

6. Financial Software and Systems: The accounts executive utilizes financial software and systems to perform accounting tasks efficiently. They may be responsible for managing and maintaining accounting software, implementing process improvements, and training others on financial systems.

7. Financial Planning and Strategy: The accounts executive contributes to financial planning and strategy development by providing financial insights and recommendations. They collaborate with management to set financial goals, develop budgets, and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
