**Position Overview**:
We are currently hiring a **full-time Accounts Executive (Fresher)** who is passionate about accounting and eager to build a long-term career in the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for recent commerce graduates to gain practical exposure to international bookkeeping standards and practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recording daily financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Performing basic bookkeeping procedures using accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Maintaining and organizing financial records—both digital and physical.
- Collaborating with senior accountants for closing books and preparing final accounts.
- Supporting bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable tracking.
- Ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy in all financial entries.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- **Software Skills**: Basic understanding of Tally, QuickBooks, or Excel is a plus.
- **Communication**: Good written and verbal communication in English.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in numerical entry and documentation.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively and take guidance from senior team members.
- **Willingness to Learn**: Enthusiastic to undergo training in international accounting standards and software tools.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Starting Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month (based on performance and skill)
- **Increments**: Based on performance reviews (typically after 1 Year)
