We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic fresher to join our accounts team as an Accounts Executive in our Rajpura office. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in accounting and finance, where you will receive training and guidance while supporting the financial operations of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately input daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting entries into the company’s accounting software.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Assist with reconciling bank statements and ensuring that financial records are accurate.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Support in processing vendor payments and collecting payments from customers, as well as tracking outstanding balances.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in generating financial reports such as trial balance, income statements, and balance sheets.
- **Tax Compliance**: Help in the preparation and filing of taxes, including GST and TDS returns.
- **Audit Assistance**: Provide necessary documents and support during internal or external audits.
- **General Administrative Support**: Assist with other accounting-related administrative tasks as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- **Basic Accounting Knowledge**: Familiarity with basic accounting principles such as debits, credits, and financial statements.
- **MS Excel Proficiency**: Comfortable using Excel for data entry, calculations, and reporting.
- **Knowledge of Accounting Software (preferred)**: Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, or similar software is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in all financial transactions.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
