**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Finance Executive** to join our finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for finance and accounting to start their careers and gain hands-on experience. As a Finance Executive, you will support various financial activities, including data entry, financial reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, and cash flow management. This role will allow you to work closely with senior finance professionals and learn best practices in financial management.

**Requirements**:Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (essential).
- Certification in Finance or Accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus but not mandatory.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to use or quickly learn financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the finance field.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Strong desire to pursue a career in finance or accounting.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and contribute to team efforts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Some prior internship experience in finance or accounting is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of tax laws and financial regulations.
- Knowledge of ERP or financial software systems is a plus.
