Our firm is expanding operations in **Rajpura (Punjab)** and we are looking for a skilled and responsible **Account Executive** with prior experience in **Indian accounting processes** to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:
This is a **full-time, on-site evening shift role** (2 PM to 11 PM) suitable for professionals with prior accounting experience. **Freshers are strictly not eligible for this position.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain all **day-to-day accounting entries** in / Zoho Books / Xero / QuickBooks.
- Maintain **journals, ledgers, and trial balance** with 100% accuracy.
- Handle **GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)** and **TDS computation and filing**.
- Perform **bank reconciliations** and maintain accounts of vendors and customers.
- Manage **invoice processing, vendor payments, and petty cash transactions.**:

- Assist in **finalization of accounts**, preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Support **internal and external audits** by providing necessary reports and records.
- Ensure proper compliance and documentation as per Indian accounting standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-3 years of experience in Indian Accounting** (mandatory).
- **Software Skills**:

- Basic working knowledge of **Excel, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks** preferred.
- **Knowledge**:

- Solid understanding of **GST, TDS, and Indian accounting principles.**:

- **Soft Skills**:

- Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with accountability.
