**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST and TDS filings.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or financial issues.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Experience in using Tally software.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations.
- Ability to prepare and interpret Balance Sheets (B/S) and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of financial concepts and terminology.

**Experience**:

- Proven Experience of 1-2yrs, preferably in an accounting or finance department.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Additional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are a plus.
