**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter financial data, including invoices, receipts, and payments into the company’s accounting software.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Assist in reconciling bank statements with the company’s books to ensure accuracy.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**: Track and process payments, manage outstanding balances, and assist in the invoicing process.
- **Assist in Financial Reporting**: Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Tax Filing Assistance**: Support the preparation and filing of taxes, including GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- **Audit Assistance**: Help with gathering and organizing documents required for audits.
- **General Administrative Support**: Provide assistance in various accounting-related tasks and collaborate with the finance team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- **Basic Knowledge of Accounting**: Familiarity with accounting principles such as debits, credits, and basic financial reports.
- **Proficiency in MS Excel**: Comfortable with Excel for data entry, calculations, and reporting.
- **Accounting Software Knowledge (preferred)**: Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, or similar software is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to maintain accuracy in all financial records and reports.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
