Ensure that timely claim of distributors is processed as per sanction notes and passing of additional discount
to Distributors

Follow up for pending C forms
Creation of Purchase order for local purchase and Service order for Transporter, Rent, Other service-related
expenses
Accounting for Cash and Bank and circulation of counting of cash report on daily basis and processing of debit
and credit note on timely basis

Processing of local vendor invoice and updation of Customer payment
Uploading of relevant statutory/legal documents on compliance portal
Coordination in Physical verification of packed stocks on daily basis
Ageing of inventory each Month
Monthly MIS as required on timely basis
Monitoring of agreement near to expiry
Arrangement of lorry for the purpose of dispatch as per indent received from the Factory
