The role is fully on-site in Rajpura, Punjab, and is ideal for MBBS/BAMS clinicians looking to work across medicine, emergency, and perioperative care in a busy hospital setting.Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide direct clinical care to inpatients and outpatients across specialties: assess, diagnose, initiate treatment, and escalate to consultants when required.Manage emergency presentations—perform immediate resuscitation, stabilise patients, coordinate investigations, and arrange transfers to higher centres if necessary.Perform and document routine ward rounds, monitor vital signs, interpret laboratory results and ECGs, and implement treatment plans per hospital protocols.Carry out bedside procedures per scope: IV cannulation, venepuncture, wound care and suturing, bladder catheterisation, and basic airway management.Coordinate admissions, discharges, referrals, and handovers; liaise with nursing teams, consultants, and allied departments to ensure continuity of care.Maintain accurate clinical records in the hospital EMR, follow infection control protocols, participate in on-call roster, and support quality & safety initiatives.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveMBBS or BAMS degree with valid State Medical Council registrationProven clinical experience in a hospital or emergency settingBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationProficiency in emergency resuscitation and ECG interpretationCompetence in IV cannulation, venepuncture, and basic wound managementFamiliarity with clinical documentation and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)PreferredAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificationExperience with multi-speciality hospital workflows and on-call rotasSkills in minor surgical procedures and suturingBenefits & Culture HighlightsStructured clinical onboarding and mentorship from senior consultantsShift-based roster with clear on-call schedules and performance-linked incentivesOpportunity to work across specialties and gain broad clinical exposure in a growing hospitalLocation & Work Type: On-site role at a multi-speciality hospital in Rajpura, Punjab, India.To apply, please send your CV highlighting clinical rotations, current registration details, and relevant certifications.
