**Job Overview**:
The Junior Accounts Executive is an entry-level position that provides support to the company’s accounting department. In this role, you will handle day-to-day financial transactions, process invoices, and assist in preparing accounts-related reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Maintain records of customer invoices and track payments.
- **Data Entry**:

- Accurately record financial transactions in accounting software.
- Update bank statements and financial reports.
- **Supporting Financial Reports**:

- Assist senior team members in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Maintain journal entries and ledger accounts.
- **Tax Filing Support**:

- Prepare relevant documents for GST, TDS, and other taxes.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and related documentation.
- **Reconciliation**:

- Perform bank reconciliation and other account reconciliations.
- **Invoice Management**:

- Maintain proper records of vendor and customer invoices.
- Follow up on payments and track outstanding amounts.
- **Other Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle office-related accounting tasks.
- Properly file financial reports and documents.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Freshers are welcome, but prior experience in accounting is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of tax laws and accounting standards.

**Salary**:
12,000 to 13,000

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
