**Role**

CRM Executive (Female

(3 - 5 Years Exp. In sales into a real estate company.). Two wheeler must.

Willing to work on weekends. Attractive salary.

**Responsibilities**
- Construction update to be taken from Project team and to inform the customers.
- To prepare the demand note and send to customers, payment follow up.
- Coordinate with customers & bank for (Loan, TPA, PTM and NOC)
- Post sales, follow with customers for completion of all documentation formalities.
- Manage and ensure after-sales activities, to provide complete customer support till handover of possession of the Villa (after checking and verifying the check list).
- Maintain all collection reports MIS & other reports etc.
- Reconciliation of Customer Accounts with Accounts department.
- Co-ordinate with Advocate for Agreements registration, ensure that the registered agreement is filled correctly and all documents required are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with customers for signing of Maintenance Agreement and Club Agreement.
- Coordinate with Brokers & accounts department for the payment of Brokerage as per the company rules and policies
- Printing of Agreement for Sale, Sale Agreement, Maintenance Agreement, Club Agreement, Allotment Letter, All documents related to possession etc
- To check and process the letters for cancellation of villas and refund payment as per company policies.
- Taking APF approvals from the banks and financial institutions.
- Follow up with Banks for the disbursement of loan and instalment as per the demand raised.

- Proficiency in CRM software & system.
- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
- Young, Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.

Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate.

Age between - 23 to 30 years

**Compensation**

CTC 3.00 to 3.50 Lacs Per Annum

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
